The next race meet at olivers mount is coming up, I'm hopeing to go down Friday night and camp over till Sunday, for those that have been before, you know what to expect, and I hope you're going to be joining me. For those who haven't been before, if you like bike racing, it's hard to describe just how close you can get to the action on a Mental race course. Brilliant racing on and around the mountain, great (cheap) camping on the top of the mount, good party atmosphere on the night times, like a very laid back rally, then there's the Scarborough ride, which is a pretty good run on it's own.

If anyone else fancys a cheap weekend away, with 2 full days of bike racing with stupidly close access to the bikes on the circuit. Olivers mount is a brilliant weekend.

Tescos is about 1/2 a mile from the mount. Top up Friday night, pitch the tents, ride into town, grab some beer and some snacks, ride back up, have a few beers Friday night, listen to the bands, talk the usual smelly crap with us. Then watch some cock on lunatics hurtle around a road as narrow a single lane one way system. Awsome!
