UP DATED PLAN

BUS NOW FULL

A MASSIVE Thanks to Eric (eggar) we have now got a 17 seater minibus with alot lower hire costs. Whoop *\o/* *\o/* *\o/* *\o/*

The mini bus is Booked Guys and Gals

The NEW costs are £60 for the van Hire, no deposit, no mileage excess, fuel which will be approx £50 + £10 for parking so £120 divided by 16 people (eggar dont pay) only fair cos he has got the bus !lol = £7.50 each....

Tickets for bike show are NOT included in this cost, tickets will have to be purchased seperately *See Below for ticket costs for the bike show or click on the link

The date is still set for Sat 28th November. Meeting at MacDonalds Opposite Tesco's at 7am setting off at 7.30 to get there for around 10 - 10.30am.
We will be making a stop at Trowell services around half way there for a quick toilet break

ADULT (PROMOTION) £17.00
Price includes entry to the Show and a Pack of 3 Oxford Comfys (RRP £13.99) collected at the Show.

ADULT
£15.00 Entry Only

SENIOR – 60+ £5.00

FAMILY (2 Adults + 2 Children11- 16) £35.00

CHILD (11-16) £5.00

CHILD (0 - 10) FREE (Ticket Required)


TICKETS BOUGHT ON THE DOOR, OR AFTER 25TH NOVEMBER AT 5.00PM WILL BE:

ADULT £17.00 - DOES NOT INCLUDE OXFORD COMFY PROMOTION
FAMILY £40.00 (2 Adults + 2 Children 11- 16)

SENIOR AND CHILD PRICES REMAIN THE SAME. UNDER 10'S STILL REQUIRE A TICKET.

is it special licence or can it be driven on normal car licence?? if its a car licence i'll share the driving.

if you passed ya test before 1st Jan 1997 you should have D1 on ya licence. Not exceeding 17 seats including the driver.

clair's right, you must have a D1 on your licence, over 25 and no more than 6 points on your licence. the reson for another named driver is if i get sozzled ( only joking !!! ) who ever volunteers to be the relief if needed, i have to have a copy of your driving licence, cheers all

So thats Andy & Me that are willing & licenced to drive it and maybe Rick. Just bring ya Driving Licence on the day with the counter part so Eric can see it Pleeeeeeease !lol

whoever decides to be the second driver i need a copy of their licence a couple of days before so i can put it with the rental agreemant as the second driver, so who ever gives me it first will be the one, race on!!!!!!
